What can be said about the Audacious Woman? Firstly, let's alleviate the negative connotation with word audacious or audacity. When the Lord gave me the word audacity, I was drawn to it. It had a little something on it that I really connected with. Then I was led to look into the meaning of the word.
What is the meaning of audacity?
There are, in fact, two definitions for the word audacity (one negative, one "positive"). The meaning that sealed the name of this movement was a willingness to take bold risks. What's a bolder risk than to be exactly who you were created to be.
Then I came across the following scriptures:
So trusting and believing God, coupled with standing on His promises and releasing fear, topped with taking action to accomplish goals no matter what, that's what makes an Audacious Woman
Faith + Boldness + Drive = Audaciousness
What is the Audacious Woman Movement?
When God created us, He created us in His image. What does that mean? He did not make a mistake when He created us. We are unique and set a part. There is no one on Earth like you. Others may have some traits or characteristics like you, but they will never nor can they ever be you. We all have fingerprints that belong only to us. How wild is that to know that no one who walked the Earth had your fingerprint?
The Audacious Movement is that we: no longer care what people have to say; no longer are concerned with who supports or agrees; no longer trying to live up to what other people had in mind for our lives. We trust and believe God. We release baggage and fear. We work diligently to accomplish our goals and purpose. Not letting nothing or no on get in our way. We are Audacious Women.
